Superior Tool for Document Signing
SignNow offers everything I need when I need to send documents for clients to sign. I appreciate its simplicity, particularly when adding fields for recipients to complete and specifying the format. It's impressive that even our least tech-savvy users can always figure out how to sign and return our documents. I always personalize the message and subject for each document we send, but I think only the recipient sees it. I don't see the customized message in the confirmation email I receive, nor do the other email addresses cc-ed on the documents. I'm unsure how my customized messages appear and if the recipients actually see them. We chose SignNow for its apparent ease of use and its mobile app, which other options lacked. When we first adopted SignNow in 2016, it was truly ahead of its time.
