Utterly Dissatisfied with SignNow
As a small business owner running a summer camp, I used SignNow for my 60 campers to sign documents. I was disappointed when I was charged for 6 unique invites per camper, totaling around 480 invites, as I had 6 documents. The software only allows 100 users and then charges 180 for every 50 invites after that. I felt ripped off and would advise against using their product if you have multiple documents. The vendor responded to my complaint, suggesting that I merge the six documents into one to reduce the number of eSigning invites. They also claimed that their pricing is still competitive compared to others, even beyond the 100 user limit. They offered to assist further if I contacted their support.

Great Product with Excellent Support, Needs eWitness Feature
I believe SignNow is a fantastic product with excellent support, but it needs to incorporate proper eWitness functionality to compete with other eSigning platforms. I've been a long-time customer and have seen the product mature well. I'm confident that once they add this feature, they will dominate the European market. I'll upgrade my rating to 5 stars once this functionality is added.

I'm really satisfied with signNow. Once I've set it up, it operates on autopilot, making it simple for me to generate and send contracts to clients for signing. There are numerous options for document signing, but signNow stands out due to its cost. It provides the same features as its competitors but at half the price, which is why I selected it. The dashboard appears a bit outdated and takes some time to familiarize with, but it has all the features I require. I considered DocuSign, but it was too costly and seemed to have enterprise features that I didn't need.

There's not much I dislike about this software, but if I had to recommend an improvement, it would be to reduce the signature time to 1 day, as the current minimum is 3 days. We chose SignNow because it provides the key features we need at a very competitive price.

Great Value and Flexibility with signNow
I use Sign Now for e-contracting artists as it provides me with all the necessary tools to create custom contracts. I like features such as the Radio Button and conditional options, but I wish it was easier to update my templates. I chose Sign Now over my previous software due to its superior functionality at a better price.
