They do not provide a solution to the problem posed.
The response to emails is very slow, and when they finally reply, they do not provide a solution to the problem raised. They seem focused only on collecting payment, without caring about customer satisfaction. It has been a disappointing experience. I would not hire them again due to their lack of empathy and little attention to customer needs.

I find Signaturit to be a quick and simple tool for managing contracts and digital signatures. I like its user-friendly interface and the ability to sign documents on my mobile phone. However, I occasionally encounter bugs that force me to recreate documents, which can be frustrating. But this is a common problem with most tech-based products. I chose Signaturit Solutions for its electronic signature feature and because it's based in Barcelona, as I enjoy supporting local businesses.
