SignNow - A Reliable Choice for Unlimited Electronic Signatures
I've had a positive experience with SignNow. It works well when properly integrated with other software. I use it to fill out all our crew lists in Airtable and with just one click, I can send out contracts to everyone on our lists. SignNow automatically fills in the information and sends out the document. Once completed, the document returns to Airtable and updates any changes made, such as address or email, in our system. It's quite straightforward and easy to learn. I've also integrated the software with Airtable. The unlimited number of signatures is a major advantage, as other electronic signature software limit your signatures per month or year. While it's a good alternative to DocuSign and other signature software, it doesn't feel as comprehensive. There are some limitations compared to other software, but I've found workarounds and SignNow still accomplishes the task. I chose SignNow for its unlimited signatures and reasonable cost. I switched from DocuSign because of it.

I really like signNow and it would be my preferred app if it wasn't so expensive. I find it very easy to set up and use for getting documents signed by clients or employees. The interface is simple and once you get the hang of it, you can depend on this software for most of your needs. It's so user-friendly that even those who don't have the app can use it. There are minor issues when filling out fields while creating contracts on mobile, but it's not a big issue. However, the cost of this app is its main downside. I find it quite pricey for basic uses and wish there was a more affordable option for personal or small freelance businesses. I switched to signNow because it got rid of the need for paper contracts and let me send contracts digitally to clients.
