The communication was even worse. Our system was down for five days and we didn't receive any communication from them. We chose Reward Gateway because we were told they provided 24/7, 365 day support. However, we were let down. They did apologize for the confusion about support hours in Australia and assured me that the issue has been resolved. Despite these problems, we continue to use Reward Gateway.
