      Monthly Recognition Delight

      I work for a company that provides all employees with a monthly reward on Fond. It's an exciting way to anticipate each month and receive a small reward for the accomplishments of each month, or to save points for a bigger treat. However, I would like a wider selection of gift cards. I switched to Reward Gateway due to a new job. I appreciate the feedback and enjoy using Fond. If there are specific lower-cost options I would like to see added to the platform, I can let them know by emailing katerina@fond.co or request them directly via the 'Request a Perk' feature located at the bottom of the Fond homepage.

      Brilliant Concept, Disappointing Execution

      As previously mentioned, I believe the concept behind Reward Gateway is fantastic, but it lacks refinement and has excessive security measures for a platform that doesn't store any protected information. I appreciate its seamless integration with ADP and the employee homepage, but beyond that, there's not much to commend, particularly given the complexity of the admin side. I was a big fan of this product when it was Brand Integrity, but I feel the quality has significantly deteriorated since Reward Gateway acquired it. I dislike several aspects, including the transition from a fun employee engagement tool to a platform requiring a working email and two-factor authentication. This change has rendered the product unusable for our 110 employees without work emails. Even our CEO can't write group reviews due to the security features. The platform was better when it was owned by a small business, but since being taken over by a multi-million dollar company, things have worsened. We originally chose Brand Integrity because a board member had a positive experience.
