My interactions with Producter, from sales to support, have been excellent at every step. Their team is knowledgeable about their product roadmap and contributes to its development, showcasing effective product management. I found it easy to import and set up contacts in the Top Producer X web version and appreciated the integration of my email conversations within the contacts. It's a great addition to my usual work setup on my Win10 touchscreen laptop. I keep Top Producer X open in a Chrome browser tab alongside social media and property information throughout my workday. The layout makes it easy to update information and next steps for multiple clients and contacts. However, the web version lacks some features of their older 8i product. They have a team actively working on transferring features from the older system to the newer Top Producer X system I started on. The mobile version still needs updates to the newer interface, and text messages sent from the TPX CRM are difficult to view.
