Onboarding Experience with Producter
I'm quite pleased with the Producter app. I really like how simple it is to use for planning birthdays and home anniversaries. However, I feel it lacks sufficient features for couples to manage their data. The vendor responded to my review, expressing their joy that their app is assisting me in staying organized and monitoring crucial client information. They also highlighted their Relationships feature, which aids in tracking a client's connections. They encouraged me to give feedback on how to enhance this feature, assuring me that every piece of feedback they receive is evaluated by their product and leadership teams. They expressed gratitude for my help in improving their products and are eager to continue supporting my success. They responded in December 2023.

Dismal Downfall of a Formerly Stellar Company - AVOID
I once thought this software was fantastic over 15 years ago. However, by 2021, the service began to decline and by 2022, I experienced daily downtime. There's no way to speak to a live person and the response times are extremely slow. They're cutting services, reducing usage, and losing functionality, all while increasing their user fees and no longer communicating with their customers. I'm actively looking for a better option. I used to appreciate the software's ease of use and it was once top-of-the-line for those of us in the real estate business. However, there's no live help, too much downtime, and when I try to get help, they try to get me to switch to a different version of their software. Fewer things function properly and the online support is very slow. There's no billing or phone support. I chose Top Producer over 15 years ago, but I don't remember why. The vendor responded to my feedback, stating that.
