However, reaching the level of customization I required was difficult without the extra paid support from the tech team. This significantly increased the time and cost, making the initial payment not a true reflection of the total cost. But, it's important to note that my project was quite complex. For simpler needs, the process is much smoother. In the end, you get what you need. I chose PointerPro because it's really the only option out there that provides what I need. Its reporting function, which aids in data analysis, is far superior to what other competitors offer.

I had a positive experience with Pointerpro. Initially, I was uncertain about the cost implications of upgrading our current plan. However, my query was promptly addressed and we only had to pay the difference, which I found fair. I would certainly recommend and use this software again. It's very user-friendly; if you're looking for something, it's likely in the first place you look. The platform uses the company logo to design the online questionnaire, making it feel personalized. This gives customers the impression that the questionnaire was specifically designed for the company. A key feature we needed was the ability to skip questions if a certain response indicated that the remaining questions were unnecessary. Pointerpro offers this feature. However, there are a few downsides. The platform doesn't offer a French translation and the pricing is in US dollars. We switched to Pointerpro because the previous software didn't offer enough customization options.

Pointerpro is a software platform I use for creating reports and questionnaires. Initially, I found it challenging, but over time it has improved and become the best. It has made my work faster and more accessible at any time. It offers a more complex feature set at a better price. So far, I haven't encountered any issues and I hope it stays that way. I highly recommend it.

I use the Report-R version of Pointerpro to build our maturity assessments. It's user-friendly and offers excellent functionality for creating a range of questionnaires, from simple to comprehensive. I utilize the Report-R PDF solution to provide personalized feedback to our clients in an attractive design. The service from Survey Anyplace is outstanding and very prompt. I highly recommend it! The product has a rich set of features and the Report R solution is impressive. The service is incredibly fast, making it a great foundation for creating an assessment tool. However, there are some errors in a few of the most advanced functions. I chose Pointerpro for its PDF-generation tool and exceptional service.

Truly Outstanding Software, Exceptional User Experience
In my view, Pointerpro provides an unmatched product. The Pointerpro team is simply outstanding and their product is incredibly easy to use. We transitioned from a cumbersome custom product and before discovering Pointerpro, we were given several costly estimates for a rebuild. However, the Pointerpro team managed to duplicate our entire platform and incorporate it into our WordPress site within weeks. I haven't encountered any problems with the software and I don't anticipate any. I selected Pointerpro for its capability to integrate with our online merchant gateway and because they deliver their reports in secure PDFs. We switched to Pointerpro to replace our outdated software.

PointerPro Saving Lives
We used Pointerpro to assist us in developing our assessment to determine if individuals are functioning from a compromised mental state. Our goal is to preempt poor decisions that could result in addiction, overdose, or suicide. Overall, PointerPro met our needs perfectly. We were able to quickly establish a beta version of our assessment.
