      I found answering questions using Omnify easy and appreciated the ample space it provided. I was particularly pleased with the price, having purchased a lifetime deal from AppSumo. The team was very responsive and the video tutorials were very helpful. However, I felt the software was more suitable for a brick and mortar business rather than my coaching business. It wasn't very elegant for me or my clients to use. Despite the team being very responsive, I felt I needed more guidance, especially since I wasn't sure how to ask for help in creating what I wanted. I would have preferred a product that could store client notes and paperwork, such as a welcome packet.

      Excellent Online Platform for Selling Classes and Packs, Ideal for Physical Locations

      I intermittently use Omnify as it doesn't completely fulfill my needs. I've faced some technical issues with it and despite quick support, the core problem wasn't solved. I hope to fully utilize it in the future as it has potential. It allows you to create your "digital storefront" online without any coding. If you operate a yoga studio or any class-based business, you can schedule classes, class packs, employee availability that syncs with your calendar, and even process payments. Currently, it's quite specific to certain types of businesses and doesn't perfectly fit my use case, which involves appointment packs not tied to a physical location. I also don't like that it doesn't automatically adjust the availability calendar to the user's time zone if they are in a different one.

The service team was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, simplifying the process of uploading necessary data and deploying the system. Their expertise made problem-solving easy and the system's flexibility allowed for easy customization. I didn't find anything to dislike about Omnify. I chose it as I was a satisfied customer from 2020 and it helped us navigate the pandemic safely. Web-based products like Omnify enable customers or community members to make appointments, rather than having staff do it via phone call or email.
