Exceptional Omnify Experience and Assistance
My experience with Omnify has been exceptional. When I first joined, I had no understanding of how the reservation system functioned. I was delighted that Omnify provided help session sign-ups, which I utilized. My assigned trainer was a fantastic teacher who patiently explained everything from the basics. Despite reading most of the articles on the Omnify site, I still had much to learn, but my trainer guided me through it all. I also had a positive experience with another team member who assisted me in importing our client data. I initially found the process challenging, but they provided detailed instructions and answered all my queries. They even uploaded our data promptly once I submitted it, which was a relief as we were nearing our scheduled pool opening date. Omnify's reservation system has superb functionality and has surpassed my expectations for a pool reservation system. The platform is user-friendly and boasts excellent features. I especially appreciate the calendar and check-in feature, and how simple it is to use.

I find Omnify to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. Over the past two years of using the software, I've run into some issues, but I'm thankful for [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who promptly helped me with urgent tech problems. The quality of assistance from the staff varies, with some not being as efficient. However, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is one of the best I've dealt with, which prompted me to leave this review. On the downside, class packs can't be unlinked between specific members, different classes can't be launched at the same time, and customers don't have a dedicated app. This requires them to continually log in, and we have to explain how to use it to all our new members and provide the booking link.
