Delighting in the Experience
I'm using idonethis to monitor my activities and set goals, which I can then accomplish one by one. I like its clean interface and the ability to trace back to when I completed certain tasks. It's gratifying to look back at what I achieved on a specific day, even if it was 3 years ago. However, I'm disappointed by the lack of a mobile app, as it would be handy to update my tasks on the move.

I think idonethis is excellent for both team and individual use. It allows easy reporting on finished tasks and status updates on projects. It's a fantastic tool for tracking work and projects. I've used the iOS mobile app and it's great. The initial setup is quite manual, but tracking becomes easier once activities are entered and repeated. The vendor responded to my review, saying a new mobile app is coming soon.

Such a Useful Tool!
I use IDoneThis for both personal and professional reasons. Each night, I take a few minutes to record the main events of my day, such as mileage for reimbursement, appointments, childcare, and events. I really enjoy using it and have no complaints. However, I wish there was a simpler way to record all my calendar entries as a continuous diary. I know I can export it to an excel file, but it would be fantastic if they could create a monthly or yearly day-by-day report that I could save as a pdf or print. But overall, I'm happy with what it offers.

Once a Stellar App, Now Less Useful
I used idonethis for personal use and found it great for creating a PDF of my accomplishments for performance reviews. However, it's not as useful to me now. It might be different if you have a team. It was very easy to add tasks via email, just by replying. But when they shifted to a team model, they removed the ability to export a nicely formatted PDF of your tasks, which I used for performance reviews. Now, you can't even print out a month from the web page due to their code. Also, if you don't check in for a few days, it stops sending you emails.
