Exceptional User Experience with Elorus!
I find Elorus to be incredibly simple and user-friendly, offering an excellent experience with its high-quality reports and dashboards. I especially appreciate the client portal feature. However, I wish there was a feature to create custom invoice templates from scratch and a mobile version of the software, either as a web or native app. The vendor responded to my review, thanked me, and assured that they are working on these improvements.

Elorus: A Cut Above the Rest
I find Elorus superior to other low-cost options I've tried. I required a free or affordable invoicing and time tracking tool, and Elorus fulfilled that need. However, I find issues with the invoice numbering system and exact time entry. It also sent emails without my consent to the companies I work for, notifying them of late payments. I switched to Elorus because the previous tool made time entries too complicated.

I love the interface of Elorus and how clear everything is. Whenever I'm confused, there's a very helpful support center where I can find all the information I need. The staff is extremely professional and I've never encountered any issues. I first used Elorus in 2012 for my initial business, and now that I've started a new one, I'm using Elorus again without any second thoughts. I'm not an accountant and have no desire to become one, but every business needs one. I do have an accountant for my business, but from my viewpoint, there's nothing I dislike about Elorus. In fact, the platform helps me better comprehend all the accounting issues I have to deal with alongside my accountant.

I find Elorus easy to use and it includes most features an average company would need. I value the quick assistance provided in my native language, Greek. However, I would like to see more features related to product categorization and grouping. I chose Elorus because it appeared to have a user-friendly interface and was easy to set up.
