I also like the feature of adding descriptions to each task for reference. However, the software allows us to enter time even after the deadline has passed. Ideally, it should prompt a message requiring manager approval or something similar.

Highly Intuitive Easy Project Software
I quickly adapted to Easy Project within the first few days of use. I turned to it after finding other tools too cumbersome and difficult for both myself and others to adapt to. It's very intuitive and user-friendly, suitable for both beginner and advanced project managers. It includes the Gantt chart and the new Kanban board project management tools. As someone working in the K12 industry, I use it as my service desk and project management tool. I share my progress on each project with my supervisor to keep them informed. We also give access to our customers, who are teachers and administrators, so they can monitor progress. It's a great documentation tool, allowing us to input all tasks and subtasks necessary to complete a project, as well as the time it took to complete. This means we can create a template from a completed project for future use. Easy Project is also useful for time, cost, and expense management. It's low-cost and easy to implement in any environment. I would strongly recommend Easy Project to all.

Easy Project (EP) enables me to thoroughly review all existing projects. I can examine the schedule, budget, and other relevant information all in one place. EP allows for the creation of custom reports that can provide varying levels of detail about each project. It offers multiple methods for time entry and allows for the addition of a description and billable or non-billable status for easy tracking. The support staff is very helpful, even setting up webinars to guide us through the use of the site. They recently changed their format, but their excellent support staff was there to assist with any questions. EP enhances inner office communication, allowing us to review each project and determine if they are on or over budget. It also enables staff to provide organized timesheets.
