      I find Calamari to be a very good tool with a pleasant user interface and a very nice and helpful support team. Although there's still room for improvement, they are definitely on the right track.

      Solid Timekeeping App with Good Value for Money

      I find Calamari's monthly subscription cost reasonable and the software user-friendly. However, I feel the interface is dull and not very helpful. It's missing an auto clock in/clock out feature, which I think would be a beneficial addition. I chose Calamari mainly because of its cost. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback and their openness to consider my suggestion for improvement.

      I've found Calamari to be an excellent addition to our company. It's incredibly easy to request time off, approve these requests, and monitor coverage for any given day. The timeclock is very user-friendly and packed with features. We're delighted with our decision to use Calamari. We appreciate its simplicity, integration with other apps, and fantastic UI. The daily Slack notifications from Calamari, informing the team who is out, are extremely useful. Its ease of use is crucial for gaining acceptance from all employees. However, I believe there's room for improvement in reporting. Many companies need a signed record of timecard approval to ensure fair pay for employees. Currently, we have to manually export and configure this data. It would be fantastic if a timecard approval workflow could be integrated into the app to streamline this process.
