So Far, So Impressed!
My experience with Calamari has surpassed my expectations. I had been looking for a time and PTO tracker for my expanding teams, as using spreadsheets was becoming too burdensome. I decided to give Calamari a try and quickly found it to be great value for money. The setup was simple and any problems I ran into were promptly resolved by their extremely responsive support team, who responded within 3-4 minutes. I did come across a few bugs, but they were fixed within minutes of me reporting them. I was especially impressed by the support team's efforts to assist me, even going as far as to fix my accrual rules and provide screenshots of my actual account to guide me. They were also very patient, guiding me through the entire setup process as I enjoy tinkering. I appreciated the integrations with Slack and Google Calendar. My only suggestion would be to include an option to limit requests on specific months or days.
