Highly User-Friendly Software
In general, my experience with Agendapro hasn't been great, they are constantly updating, and I hope they continue to improve. One of its strengths is the graphical display of the calendar with scheduled appointments and the ease of making modifications, which is very user-friendly for all our workers. However, the management of obtaining the RIPS could be improved to greatly facilitate our internal processes.

Good, Room for Improvement.
I've been using Agendapro for over 2 years and I'm really satisfied with the agenda and its functionalities. I didn't rate it 5 stars because the reminder messaging via WhatsApp has to be paid for separately, which I believe should be included in the package like email messaging. Everything else is very good. It's simple, easy to use, stable, and has a pretty good aesthetic. The membership subscription system is difficult for those of us who are not from Chile, they could optimize the payment system. They are constantly changing the aesthetics and functionalities of the system, they should prepare a Beta and launch all the improvements at once. The vendor responded appreciating my valuable review and suggestions. They are excited to know that I find their platform easy to use and stable. They understand my concern about the subscription system and the changes in aesthetics. They are working to make the payment process easier for all users, regardless of their location. They are also considering my comments about updates and are exploring ways.

I highly recommend the software, AgendaPro, to all my colleagues. As I've previously stated, it's an efficient tool for managing your hours, akin to having a personal secretary. I appreciate its versatility, even though I only utilize a few of its functions. It's ideal for me as it allows clients to directly access the schedule, eliminating the need for them to inquire about my availability. Despite not being particularly tech-savvy, I have no complaints and find everything satisfactory. I do wish it could accommodate product stock input, but I believe this feature already exists, I just haven't explored it thoroughly. I transitioned to AgendaPro because manually checking the schedule was time-consuming and I was losing clients. The vendor responded to my review, expressing gratitude and confirming the availability of the product stock feature. They offered assistance from their support team if needed and were delighted to learn that their tool has been greatly beneficial.

I find the AgendaPro system to be good, but it could use some improvements. I like its integrated scheduling system, invoice and ticketing, and its user-friendliness. However, I encounter problems when scheduling clinical or medical professionals for 120-minute sessions. Sometimes, patients book times that are not available, forcing us to contact the patient and try to rearrange the time. I chose AgendaPro as it was the first software that impressed us, but it has become more expensive, which is a downside. The vendor responded to my feedback, expressing gratitude for sharing my experience with AgendaPro. They were pleased to know that I found positive aspects in their software, particularly the integration of invoices, tickets, and the SII. They also acknowledged my concerns about the scheduling.
