I've had a great experience with my Customer Success Associate who is always ready to answer my questions and provide help. I find the software user-friendly and time-efficient. I particularly value the email notifications for requested quotes for our HVAC services. However, I didn't find the live chat very helpful when I used it last year, preferring emails or phone calls for reliable communication. One problem I've encountered is receiving quote requests unrelated to our services, which increases our decline rate.

I think VendorPM is excellent. The team is fantastic and the platform has greatly enhanced our business and client network. It's user-friendly and the client support is impressive. Initially, there were some redundant navigation issues, but the software team resolved these quickly.

I think vendorpm is great! It enhances what I can provide to our customers. I like how fast I can get quotes from different service providers. However, there are restrictions in specifying the service in the RFQ. For example, I needed eaves trough cleaning, but there isn't a keyword for some services.

I generally find the software, vendorpm, to be good but it has a high response time. I've had to request more access and details, which can be difficult when bidding remotely. I've begun providing more information, but it's challenging to detail certain items like boiler costing in our business. The software is still in development with about 30,000 vendors listed, but it needs more to become the ideal platform.
