He was very enthusiastic and assured me that he would create a ring to fit the diamond. The ring was shipped within the quoted time frame and arrived earlier than expected. Poor Delivery Experience with Triliz
In response to TriJewel's reply, I have not received the item I ordered. The delivery method they chose has tracking that indicates it's been delivered to a third-party agent for final delivery, but I have yet to receive it. I was not given the option to select the delivery carrier and the status updates on their website were incorrect. For example, it stated the item would be delivered to me on November 29, but as of December 1, it had not even shipped. I am very dissatisfied with this experience and find their response dismissive. I would not do business with them again, especially considering the cost of the item. The product has not been received because TriJewel's shipping method is problematic. I ordered over two weeks ago and the online tracking stated it would be delivered after about three business days. However, those days passed without any status update. When the item finally shipped, it was more than a week late and was sent via USPS, with no other carrier options available. My local USPS is unreliable and I avoid using them whenever possible. I would have willingly paid extra to use any other carrier, especially since a signature is required for delivery. Our mailperson often does not attempt to deliver and
