The flow chart demonstrating how the program is used is beneficial, but it can also be perplexing. I didn't select Sprigg, it was acquired before I joined the company. The vendor responded to my review, advising me to visit the online Help Centre for "How-To" guides, including one for Administrators.

It's intuitive, clear, and the support is thorough and incredibly quick whenever I have a question or issue. However, I wish the reporting was a bit more practical, maybe allowing for reports to be run for specific dates rather than a full year. We have yet to roll out the tool to our staff to evaluate the ongoing customer service, but I anticipate it to be consistent. The software is user-friendly and helps keep everything in order. It's also simple to rectify if a mistake or modification is required. However, there are too many email notifications, and I would prefer an option to disable notifications when an OKR is entered. We selected Sprigg because it appeared to be the simplest to use and implement. We are also contemplating using the My Time tool for vacation tracking in the future.
