As a member of a small organization, I've found that SpriggHR has significantly streamlined our performance review process, making it much simpler for all parties involved. I particularly value the ease of disseminating information to numerous users and the guidance it offers to managers and employees regarding the significance and specifics of reviews. However, my main criticism of the software is the absence of a how-to guide. I wish there was more instruction or a manual for administrators, rather than having to request assistance each time. The flow chart demonstrating how the program is used is beneficial, but it can also be perplexing. I didn't select Sprigg, it was acquired before I joined the company. The vendor responded to my review, advising me to visit the online Help Centre for "How-To" guides, including one for Administrators.

I absolutely adore Sprigg and can't imagine functioning without it! It's user-friendly and provides some of the best product support I've ever encountered. It's intuitive, clear, and the support is thorough and incredibly quick whenever I have a question or issue. However, I wish the reporting was a bit more practical, maybe allowing for reports to be run for specific dates rather than a full year. I value the vendor's response and it's reassuring to know they appreciate feedback from key clients like myself. They assure that their support is first-rate and that ease of use is a top priority.

However, I'm disappointed by the lack of a smartphone app and would like more options for storing company information and customizing e-files. I find Sprigg relatively easy to manage, customize, and train users on. The customer support is responsive and open to feedback, including requests for development or enhancement. It's quite easy to implement and users can start using it immediately. It's mostly intuitive and has many built-in resources for help and advanced customer support. I appreciate the administration of time-off programs, performance appraisals, and development/training plans. However, it lacks a time and attendance system, which would be beneficial for hourly employees. The MyTime feature, designed for salaried employees, is difficult to update for hourly employees who accrue time-off throughout the year. The vendor responded positively to my feedback, acknowledging the need for improvements to the My Time feature for hourly employees.

Outstanding Performance Management Solution
I find SpriggHR to be overall excellent, with a very supportive and dependable customer service, particularly during the implementation phase. We have yet to roll out the tool to our staff to evaluate the ongoing customer service, but I anticipate it to be consistent. The software is user-friendly and helps keep everything in order. It's also simple to rectify if a mistake or modification is required. However, there are too many email notifications, and I would prefer an option to disable notifications when an OKR is entered. We selected Sprigg because it appeared to be the simplest to use and implement. We are also contemplating using the My Time tool for vacation tracking in the future. I value the vendor's response and their appreciation for customer feedback.

However, it doesn't cater to companies with alternative work schedules, such as those operating on weekends. A useful addition would be the ability to issue schedules through the software, consolidating time off requests and schedules. I prefer Sprigg over Dayforce, which I find overly complicated and have had poor customer service experiences with. Sprigg's partnership with Pivotal also led me to recommend it to our clients. The vendor responded positively, stating that an update accommodating weekends will be released soon.
