Revolutionary Tool for the Event Industry
I find that Event Temple has significantly streamlined our process, liberating us from tedious tasks and minimizing human error, particularly during our peak season. I am convinced that there is no other CRM platform as robust and customizable as Event Temple in the Event Industry. The team is wonderful to collaborate with and extremely responsive to inquiries and requests. I cannot commend this company enough! The CRM Automation and Workflow Automation have been revolutionary for our business. The only area that needs improvement is Reporting, but I am aware that it's on Event Temple's agenda and I am confident it will be enhanced, considering how they've responded to other client requests. I am grateful for their response to my review in November 2018.

Fantastic software with dedicated developers striving for excellence!
Event Temple has greatly enhanced my productivity and organization at work. Before, I had to use multiple programs like Excel and Word to complete my tasks, but now I only need Event Temple. The team tailored the program to perfectly suit my needs. It's a one-stop solution for all organizational needs, with a pipeline for creating custom stages and a stats feature for tracking progress. One of the best features is the automatic reply/reminder system, which takes care of follow-up emails, freeing up more of my time. I can access Event Temple from anywhere, unlike our company's other files and programs which are only accessible on-site. In summary, Event Temple is an outstanding, comprehensive tool that has made my workdays much easier and more productive. The vendor responded positively, expressing their pleasure in working with me and their satisfaction in meeting the unique challenges presented by my company, Hilton. They were happy to know that their software has allowed me to focus more on event planning rather than administrative tasks.

Exploring Event Temple: A Game-Changer for Venue Management
Overall, I absolutely adore Event Temple and would recommend it to anyone in the Event/Hospitality industry. The team at Event Temple, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT], are a fantastic asset. My company was looking for a software specifically for venue management that also had a sales component, and Event Temple perfectly fits the bill. The pipeline feature was particularly appealing to us. I value the ability to create proposals, invoices, etc. The integration features within emails and e-signing are wonderful, simplifying things for both our employees and clients. However, the integration process was challenging. Customizing all the features to my organization was difficult. Despite the implementation fee, I expected the Event Temple employees to be more involved with the actual setup process rather than just explaining how to do it. I chose Event Temple for its features. Finding venue-specific software with CRM tools can be hard, but Event Temple is at the forefront with a promising future of innovative integrations, making it a complete one-stop shop.

EventTemple: A Game-Changer for Team Organization and Customer Service!
Our team has become more organized and capable of delivering superior customer service thanks to EventTemple. The software's automated responses and follow-up emails have saved us a lot of time and generated enough bookings to cover its cost within just two months. The Pipeline system lets us track our progress with each client and our communication with them. Document sharing and signing have also been simplified. One of the most valuable features I've found is the automated responses, which have greatly enhanced our follow-up process and resulted in several bookings. We haven't yet set up all the features or integrated all our processes, such as bookkeeping, but we're eager to do so. EventTemple has significantly cut down our email time and improved customer satisfaction due to our ability to respond quickly and thoroughly. The time saved and increased revenue from more bookings have covered the software's cost within the first two months. We would appreciate a calendar and staff scheduling feature, but we believe we can use the tasks feature as a workaround. Overall, we are very satisfied with EventTemple.

Effortless Setup and Superior Customization with EventTemple
The setup documentation from EventTemple was incredibly straightforward, almost to a surprising degree. After the initial setup, I conducted one-on-one training with employees, gathering feedback and implementing changes before the next training session. There was some initial hesitation, but everyone now prefers EventTemple. We're hoping for a private dashboard feature for clients to view setup progress, milestones, and pipeline stage. Customization has been easier than expected. I was able to learn the interface and features quickly, and after some brainstorming, I had our venue mostly configured within two weeks. There have been minor adjustments since, but nothing major. I do wish there were more options for creating documents. While I can use the table features for structure and layout, end-users can accidentally adjust the table settings, causing shifts. A lock option would be beneficial. When printing, it would be better to remove the option for users to choose print dimensions. This should be set by the admin when creating the document.
