Enhanced Our Hiring Efficiency
Traditionally, I used to conduct telephone interviews which were quite time-consuming to set up and execute. However, with shine-com, candidates can now answer questions at their own pace, even using an app for convenience. This has significantly reduced the time my recruitment team spends on screening candidates, greatly aiding in the development of our brand and improvement of our recruitment process. The software is relatively easy to use, and it's simple to send out multiple emails to candidates. The app is excellent, providing the ability to promote our brand and upload videos. It did take some time to get used to the program, but the outstanding customer service team made it easy once they walked me through it. I chose Shine because of the excellent customer service I received at the IHRE event and the subsequent support has been equally impressive. I appreciate the time taken to leave a review and I'm thrilled that the Shine platform has helped develop my brand and improve my recruitment process. I'm glad to know that I made the right choice.

Exploring Shine.com: A Global Organisation's Perspective
As a member of a global organization, I've found shine-com to be a useful tool for setting up initial interviews, as coordinating everyone's schedules can be a challenge. It eliminates the need for candidates to travel to our Liverpool site for interviews, serving as an alternative to phone screening and allowing candidates to participate at their convenience. The software offers customization options, which we haven't fully utilized yet but plan to in the future. It also sends an email notification when a candidate completes an interview. Initially, I had some difficulty setting up a role, but this has since been clarified. However, I find the process of setting up a role a bit tedious as I have to keep clicking next to reach the desired page. A sidebar for quick navigation would be helpful. For instance, when adding questions, I have to skip three pages to reach the relevant page. The vendor responded to my feedback, explaining that there is a "jump to step" option at the top of each page for easier navigation.
