The software is user-friendly and flexible, allowing me to use it in both traditional and unique ways. I've used Shine in specific recruitment drives and have seen stronger and more profitable results. I don't have any negative feedback. The main challenge is always candidate engagement and achieving a high completion rate. However, the team at Shine works closely with me to continually improve this.
