Unbeatable Excellence!
Since using PromoRepublic, I've noticed an increase in engagement on my social media channels. Their customer support is excellent and their pricing is competitive, which is great for me as a solo business owner and independent author. PromoRepublic has been a game-changer, freeing up valuable time for me to focus on writing. I appreciate the ease of scheduling posts to different social media sites, the extensive graphic files, the graphic editor, the suggested content and graphics, the ability to upload graphics, the auto-scheduling, and the branding. It's very user-friendly. However, I do wish I could post directly to Instagram. I understand this is an Instagram issue, but it's challenging to remember to approve posts on the iPhone app in a timely manner. Despite this, PromoRepublic is the best! I chose it over Hootsuite due to its superior features and capabilities.

I am very satisfied with PromoRepublic, considering it a great investment with fantastic customer service. I particularly value the templates, user-friendliness, and content posting recommendations. The convenience of having all my accounts in one software saves me significant time. However, I have experienced issues with Instagram posts failing without my immediate knowledge. I chose PromoRepublic for its cost-effectiveness, provision of templates and ideas, and its ability to simplify the exportation of excel sheets for client sharing. It also enables clients to make comments and changes within the software.

Top Content Tool, Despite Minor Glitches
As a small agency, we find PromoRepublic to be an essential tool that saves us a significant amount of time. I particularly value its library of premade content ideas tailored to different industries, the ability to view scheduled content for each channel in a calendar format, its user-friendly editor, and the capacity to connect to more than just Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. However, we have experienced some glitches when connecting social channels and the support team, which is not US-based, is not available for a large part of the day, leading to delays in response time. We switched to PromoRepublic because, as a small agency without a creative team, it provides us with numerous content ideas that we can use or modify. It also allows us to connect multiple channels at once for various clients and is easy to use.

Unbeatable One-Stop Solution for Social Media Marketing
As previously stated, I find it extremely satisfying to use one tool instead of several, as it saves us both time and money. PromoRepublic stands out due to its unique library of content ideas and templates, a feature that no other social media tool provides. We found everything we needed, from content creation and a wealth of post ideas and templates, to automatic scheduling to the five main social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Managing all our social media campaigns with one tool is a delight. However, they do lack video content and templates. We can upload our own videos and gifs, but they don't offer pre-designed video templates. We're hoping they'll add some soon. We switched to PromoRepublic because we didn't want to use multiple tools or hire more designers. It offers both scheduling and content in one place, which is why we chose it.

It's an investment, and they are very efficient at managing your subscription. Their steadfast approach may seem a bit rigid to some, but I found it to be a sign of a company that stands by its policies.

As a white label client of PromoRepublic, I experienced a frustrating issue that took them nearly 6 months to resolve. This issue, related to Cloudflare, prevented my setup from functioning properly and they even attempted to charge me for hourly support. As a result, half of my 1-year subscription was wasted. Despite this, the platform itself is effective and the support is decent. With PromoRepublic, I can schedule content for future publication and they provide a wide range of templates for post ideas. They also collaborate with most popular social media brands. However, their graphic editor needs significant improvements. The support team can be quite slow unless you actively seek their attention, particularly for agencies using the white label product. Moreover, their templates seem a bit outdated.
