I've had quite an experience with PromoRepublic! They were so efficient that they auto-renewed my subscription before I even had a chance to do it myself. I had a change of plans and decided to cancel, but it turned out I was a few days past their cancellation deadline. Now, I have a full year to explore and utilize their service, which I initially didn't plan for, but it's an opportunity to discover new features and benefits. Their firm policy on refunds shows they stand by their product and its value. It's a bold approach that not every company would dare to take. I'm intrigued to see what this year with PromoRepublic brings!

PromoRepublic Hits the Mark
I needed a tool to manage my client's social media posts and my own. I tried several apps, but they all fell short where PromoRepublic excelled, such as ease of use, aesthetics, and the creation process. The support has been responsive and helpful. If there's a problem, I can usually find a workaround myself without needing advanced technical knowledge. New users in my company can learn the basics in about 10 minutes. The software's layout is clear and easy to navigate. The suggested Post Ideas are a great starting point for developing a strategy for future posts. The Editor is easy to use and allows for a lot of customization. I can also upload my own images to use in posts. The Post Ideas are categorized, which is helpful, although the offerings in the Technology category could be improved. Occasionally, I get logged out and have to reset my password, even if it hasn't been changed. This is a minor annoyance, not a deal-breaker.

The pricing is scalable and more affordable than competitors. The calendar for scheduled posts is separate for each platform, and in the case of Pinterest, for each of my boards. I would prefer a consolidated calendar showing all.
