What is Payhawk?
Pros from reviewers

This allows for more robust controls and ensures employees meet receipt deadlines without the need for finance team oversight
-
Seamless integration with finance systems: Payhawk automatically syncs all receipts and payments with the company's finance system, providing a seamless experience. Its integration with NetSuite has been particularly beneficial for many users
-
Regular release of new features: Payhawk continually releases new features to enhance the product for customers. This ongoing development shows the company's commitment to improving its service and meeting the evolving needs of its users
-
User-friendly with easy receipt uploading: The software is user-friendly and makes uploading receipts incredibly easy for employees. This ease of use extends to the platform's intuitive interface, which many users find straightforward to navigate
-
Outstanding support team: Payhawk's support team is highly praised for their quick responses, expertise, and follow-ups on open cases. This high level of customer service contributes significantly to the overall user experience.
Cons from reviewers
-
Limited card support: Payhawk US only supports credit cards, not debit cards, which can limit payment options for some users
-
Lack of certain features: Payhawk could be improved by adding new features, such as the option to block cards for certain entities and categories, and the ability to select all the expenses to be reimbursed at once
-
Difficulty in receipt management: Some users find it difficult to manage receipts, as employees often forget to upload their receipts or invoices, causing delays in account reconciliation.
-
Glitches after updates: Sometimes updates cause glitches in some settings and invoices fail to go through the accounting software, causing potential disruption to financial processes
-
Inaccurate per diem rates: When claiming per diems, if a specific address rather than a city is used, it defaults to a generic UK rate instead of the specific city rate, causing potential inaccuracies in expense calculations

Highly Beneficial!
I find Payhawk to be a very useful and user-friendly platform that saves time and manual work through automation. It just needs some fine-tuning to become the best solution for our team, but I trust that the Payhawk team will do their best to achieve this.

Top-tier Expense Management with Payhawk
I believe that Payhawk is the best tool we possess. It's incredibly beneficial for managing all our monthly purchases, enabling us to maintain everything under control. We can effortlessly set limits, funds, and payments. It also lets us manage recurring subscriptions in one place, aiding us in tracking monthly expenses. We can pay invoices, reimburse expenses, and use credit cards. It's simple to use, implement, manage, and control. The support team is remarkable with their swift responses, expertise, and follow-ups on open cases. As a new tool, it's continually enhancing its functionalities. We initially started without the Netsuite integration, but now it's functioning flawlessly. We also have the Travelperk integration, which is superb. The best part is that the product and development team is always in sync with our needs and contributes significantly to Payhawk's growth. We switched to Payhawk because Spendesk lacked the Netsuite integration, its usability was subpar, and it did not meet our needs.

Excellent Company with Outstanding Support!
I'm quite puzzled by some of the negative reviews here. We've been using Payhawk for a few weeks now and the experience has been fantastic! The initial demo was smooth and clear. Yes, the account setup takes some time due to the numerous background checks required by EU rules, but Payhawk completed it faster than any other credit card company I've dealt with. The dashboard is excellent and user-friendly. It makes you question why regular banks make managing credit card expenses so difficult once you get used to Payhawk.
