Moz Local: Overpriced and Impossible to Cancel!
My overall experience with Moz Local has been disappointing and I won't be using it again. I find it excessively priced at $100 per year, particularly when I've found a more affordable alternative, BrightLocal, that provides the same services at a lower cost. When I attempted to cancel my account, I discovered that Moz had concealed the "cancel" button. Despite their FAQ article advising to "Click Continue with cancellation", this link was nowhere to be seen. I'm unhappy with the service and even more so with the fact that Moz has made it impossible to cancel their service without directly contacting them. I view this as an unethical business practice. My least favorite aspect of Moz Local is the inability to cancel the service. The vendor responded to my review and feedback, apologizing for my dissatisfaction and the trouble I had in cancelling my plan. They assured me that my feedback has been shared with their product team to enhance the experience for others. This response was given in January 2021.

I've been using Moz Pro for the past 6 months to improve my SEO and it's been worth it. I mainly use it to research new keywords and boost traffic. The tool is extremely accurate in identifying new keywords and their relevant volumes. Moz is a tool that can help research thousands of long tail keywords for a topic. The search volume suggested by Moz Pro is very precise and it can assist in keyword research for any language. Also, the search volume displayed based on location is very accurate. However, Moz Pro is an expensive tool that not everyone can afford. I believe they should offer cheaper plans for smaller companies. In response to my review, the vendor stated that they believe their prices are fair considering all the tools offered. They suggested I reach out to their Help Team for assistance in finding the best plan for my needs.

Professional SEO Tools; Excellent Customer Support.
In my opinion, Moz provides excellent SEO tools, particularly beneficial for experienced technicians. While beginners can use other tools, Moz's subscription options still offer great value. Their customer service is top-notch, going above and beyond to assist customers, even refunding an accidental subscription contrary to their Terms of Use. Even without a subscription, Moz offers plenty of free learning materials for SEO beginners.
