  Streamlining Local Listings with Yext

  I am using Yext to manage all our local listings and am aiming to make it our primary system. Our websites and apps now use Yext's APIs to access location data, eliminating the need to update changes in multiple places. This has greatly helped in maintaining accurate listings. The software is user-friendly and I can easily add, update, and delete data for all our local listings. The reporting and analytics features are also impressive. However, some of the additional packages seem expensive considering what we are already paying. The basic listings and analytics packages are worth the cost, but the additional packages can seem pricey. I appreciate the vendor's response to my feedback on the pricing and am pleased to hear that they enjoy working with us and look forward to becoming our official system of record.
