As I was learning Mercury, I discovered it to be an extremely user-friendly program. The support staff has been outstanding, always providing swift responses whenever I needed assistance. I particularly value their batch system for posting items in the program, and the capability to retrieve statements from previous months is a fantastic feature. I feel that the program is managed by individuals who genuinely want to enhance it, as they are consistently receptive to feedback and suggestions. The most significant challenge for me was learning the program due to its numerous menus and features. However, for a regular user, most of these should be concealed. I do wish there was a button to return to the main menu directly, rather than having to click exit multiple times.

No Phone Number to Call
They don't provide a phone number for customer service. All communication is done via email, which often takes days to receive a response. If you're looking for immediate answers, it's not possible. Opening an account also takes a significant amount of time.

I would rate Mercury with zero stars if possible. They lack phone support, which is a huge letdown. They have consistently failed to make payments on time, with only one out of five scheduled payments being successful. Their constant excuses are affecting people's lives. I am planning to move all our funds away from them. I would advise against using their service.

Even though it can't self-heal, the support team is adept at resolving any issues that emerge due to regulations and user needs. The software is genuinely dynamic in its problem-solving approach, rather than just being another problem to handle. I appreciate the vast number of options the system allows me to use without requiring paid programming support. The various settings enable me to configure the system to handle nuances that few, if any, other systems could manage.

Their product demonstration was thorough and perfect, outshining all other products we considered. The software itself is well-organized, intuitive, and user-friendly. Their technical team is also very knowledgeable about the product. The support team was competent, but seemed understaffed. The product met our specific needs, particularly those necessary to comply with California guidelines. The entire team was amiable and accommodating. The training program was satisfactory, but the implementation could have been better structured and planned for a smoother transition. The implementation approach was unclear from the start, causing some frustration. A better understanding of our time constraints would have helped them plan better to meet our expectations.
