I've had a great experience with MailUp, which perfectly caters to our needs for managing our monthly newsletter service. At present, I don't see any alternatives. The platform enables us to create interactive email communications to supplement our regular newsletter communication. Initially, it may not seem very straightforward to manage the platform, despite its well-designed interface, so it requires some effort and time to use it correctly. Perhaps due to the service's complexity, there isn't a mobile version or app available, even in a limited form. I chose MailUp because it's an Italian company with a sales team that I had the chance to meet personally, as well as over conference calls. They have supported us throughout the pre-purchase analysis and initial stages of use, helping us to maximize the service offered.
