I can genuinely say that my experience with Warmbox has been absolutely fantastic. I was initially anxious about boiler installations due to numerous horror stories I had heard. However, from the start, Glen and Nicole were incredibly helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. The installation process went smoothly, with Nicole checking in to ensure everything was going well and that I was satisfied at the end. The engineer was excellent, working non-stop until everything was completed and tested. I am extremely grateful to the team and would recommend them to my family and friends.

The team that arrived was friendly and respectful, and they were knowledgeable about their work. I can't recall the name of the main guy, but after completing the job, he informed me that the pressure in one of the pipes was low. He mentioned that someone had previously installed the wrong size pipe, and he didn't rest until he found it - a 15mm pipe had been used to connect two 22mm pipes. They cleaned up any mess they made before leaving. He definitely knew his job. If I were to rate them out of ten, I'd give them a 15. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

I had a truly great experience with Warmbox during a time of need. My boiler, which is the heart of my home, had failed. I filled out a questionnaire online and received a phone call shortly after to discuss and confirm the best package for me. I was given an installation date soon after. The gas safe plumber, Steve, and his helper arrived and immediately got to work. They were efficient, respectful, and did a great job. The pipe work they did was not only neat but also aesthetically pleasing. It was clear that Steve takes great pride in his work. Overall, I would recommend Warmbox to my family and friends for their great service from start to finish.
