I received my order today, 11/7, instead of the expected 1/27 due to customs issues. This is a first for me as I've never experienced such issues with other European online sellers, who mostly use DHL instead of FedEx. I understand that these things can happen. I'm satisfied with the product, but it's frustrating to wait an additional 1 days beyond the estimated delivery date for my order to arrive.
