I use Looker to access monthly and daily reports through its dashboards, which are directly connected to our backend database. This allows me to track our team's performance in real-time and share important insights with my team when needed. I appreciate the ease with which I can create and modify my own dashboards, thanks to its user-friendly self-service approach. However, I've noticed a significant slowdown when blending data. I chose Looker because it was crucial for me to seamlessly integrate with the Google product ecosystem, including adding new data sources from Google BigQuery and other platforms, without any interruptions. I switched to Looker from a previous platform that was less flexible and hard to modify for those without coding skills.

Looker: Your Ultimate Data Solution!
Looker is my preferred tool for creating detailed, user-friendly, and visually pleasing dashboards. It offers everything I need for data management, enabling me to construct top-notch databases and dashboards that aid all business departments in planning, strategizing, and operationalizing. I don't think there's a better tool available. However, my only minor complaint is that Looker, being still in its growth phase, cannot yet sync with every tool on the market.

The pre-built connection to link data from Google Sheets to the platform greatly simplifies the process. Once the data is linked, creating customized dashboards with a variety of graphs is easy, and I can tailor them to my company's color scheme and preferences. However, in the free version, I hope that future updates will allow Looker Studio to establish connections with PostgreSQL databases through SSH or VPN.
