Superb Speedy-Development Instrument: GeneXus
Switching to GeneXus from native language coding has significantly enhanced my workflow! I can now roll out new applications at an amazing pace. GeneXus makes managing my database tables, front and back end programs, and everything else much simpler. However, there's a learning curve and some objects have difficult-to-understand documentation. There are numerous videos available, but many are only in Spanish.

I've been using Genexus since its 3.0 version in 1994, when WorkPanel was introduced. This tool has accompanied me through the technological evolution of the software industry. I began with generating to RPG/400 and Clipper, then Visual FoxPro, later Java/C# legacy apps, and for the past decade, Java Web. My aim has always been to adopt new technologies early. However, I find the generated code hard to read and there are some limitations in the use of each language.
