Superior Personal Task Management Solution
For years, I grappled with a task manager that was intricate and challenging to use, which deterred me from using it frequently. However, Things has offered me the ideal blend of customization and a straightforward, intuitive user interface. I appreciate its neat design and its potent yet uncomplicated functionality. It synchronizes across all my devices, enabling me to access it wherever I am. Although it's somewhat pricey, particularly if you want to use it on your Mac, iPhone, and iPad, I believe it's worth the investment. I transitioned to Things because it's simpler to use and the subscription fees for Nozbe were high and escalating.

Top-notch Individual Task Management Tool
I've transitioned from Google Calendar to Thiga and found the experience to be decent, but not perfect. I miss the features of Astrid. Thiga's visual design is clear and intuitive, making task organization, including sorting into projects or areas like personal or work, easy. It integrates well with my calendar, allowing me to view my calendar events in Thiga. However, I can't see my Thiga tasks in my calendar, which is a downside. I'd prefer to manage my tasks within my calendar, including adding, removing, and marking tasks as complete. Google Calendar is close, but its lack of repeat tasks and clear distinction between tasks and reminders makes it hard to manage. I switched to Thiga due to the unclear demarcation and awkwardness of Google's products, such as the calendar, tasks, and reminders.

Excellent Task Management, BUT
I appreciate the simplicity and cross-device syncing of Thiga. It's fairly customizable, but it has some problems. It doesn't support Windows, lacks time reminders, only dates unless you set up recurring. It also doesn't have location dependence.

Unsurpassed Task Organizer and Beyond
I am significantly more organized now and no longer forget tasks I need to complete. I recently created my first project and the software, Things, is keeping me on track. I appreciate how Things syncs across all my devices. However, I wish it had the capability for collaboration. I chose Things for its user-friendly interface and because I rarely need to collaborate with others.

Discovering Simplicity and Efficiency with Things Software
This is the best software I've ever bought, being a heavy-duty user both professionally and personally. Things has removed the need for expensive project management software by providing a simple interface without overloading the UI, enabling me to do everything without constantly switching. Things isn't open source or free. It's expensive considering 4/5x points of access, but for a lifetime license, it's acceptable. I switched to Things looking for something simpler on desktop and in app format.

Top-notch Personal Task Management Solution
The Thiga software is simple, effective, and visually appealing, and it integrates well into the Apple ecosystem. However, it doesn't support file attachments and lacks a web interface. The pace of new feature development is slow. After using both for a while, I switched to ThingsTodoist, another excellent software.

Not My Cup of Tea
I am always trying to stay organized and found that Things required more effort than I expected. I like the concept as I handle multiple projects at once and need to stay organized. The search functions are strong and the design is attractive and smart. However, I found Things to be too costly for its functionality and I found other options that fit me better.

Effortless Task Management and Thought Organization with Thiga
Overall, I really enjoy using Things. It has streamlined my workflow and makes it easy for me to keep track of all my tasks without being burdensome or overly complicated. I've tried many task management systems over the years, but most were either too simple or too complex. Things strikes the perfect balance for me, providing the features I need without slowing me down. I appreciate how quickly I can jot down my daily tasks. I also love the inbox feature where I can dump all my tasks and sort them out later. The quick add feature on both my desktop and iPhone is very convenient, allowing me to quickly add tasks as they come to mind. The software's organization features, such as areas, headers, and projects, are very efficient. I can easily separate and track my ongoing projects in different areas of my life. The seamless integration between the iPhone app and the desktop app is also a plus, keeping everything perfectly synced. However, I do have some complaints. The lack of collaboration support is disappointing.

CAUTION, heavily skewed perspective: I'm a Things devotee :)
As a long-time user of OmniFocus 2, I was initially reluctant to switch to Things due to the effort, time, and money I had already invested in OF2. However, after giving Things 3 a fair shot, I was pleasantly surprised. I had tried other task managers, like 2DO, but always found myself returning to OF. However, the iOS app for OF3 was a turn-off for me. In contrast, the interface of Things 3 felt like a breath of fresh air. It's clean, easy on the eyes, and displays all the necessary data. The navigation on both Mac and iOS is fantastic. The more I used Things, the more I liked it, and I found myself less inclined to upgrade to OF3. Switching to Things 3 was the best decision I could have made. I understand why many long-time OF users have migrated to Things. Things has become an essential part of my life, helping me organize my daily chores, personal and work tasks.
