Effortless and Dependable
Incredible. Any product that simplifies things is a good one, and Sequr does just that. I love its simplicity. I no longer need to use a keycard to enter the office, which is so convenient because I don't have to worry about always bringing my keycard to work. I can easily enter the office through my phone. Honestly, I can't think of any downsides because I've never had a problem. The vendor responded to my review in March 2020, expressing their gratitude for my feedback and their happiness that I'm satisfied with their product.

Extremely Pleased, Ideal Solution!!!
My experience with Genea Access Control has been extremely positive. It's rare to find a product that is perfect in every aspect, but this is the case with Genea. The support team is professional, kind, and highly skilled. The platform provides all the features needed for this type of service, including an open API for all integrations. It's user-friendly, allowing even a simple office administrator to use it with ease. I chose Genea Access Control because it's a global platform with all the necessary functionalities to manage worldwide offices in one place. It's entirely SaaS-based, which eliminates the need for managing any local servers. The support from the team is perfect, fast, and professional. This is the ideal solution for physical access management and I highly recommend it! I switched to Genea Access Control due to the lack of support, poor functionality, and the need for a local server with my previous provider. I am grateful for the team at Genea for their response and am glad I made the switch.

Exploring Sequr: A User's Perspective on Features and Functionality
I find the team behind genea-access-control to be very responsive. It's easy for me to request new features and receive updates on their development. Despite being a small team, they are achieving a lot. I particularly value the integrations with Gsuite, which allows for immediate user setup. I am also impressed with the visitor functionality, which provides almost everything we need for a visitor sign-in app. However, I wish there was more flexibility in the rules for importing users from directories. I would like the addition of NOT or ELSE conditions to simplify our setup process and reduce preparatory work. The vendor has acknowledged my feedback regarding further directory integration and it's on their enhancement radar. They have promised to update me when such a feature becomes available.

Genea's Seamless Integration at Sunrun: A User's Perspective
Overall, I find the Genea Access Control system straightforward and easy to handle. I'm quite pleased with our selection, particularly the integration with Meraki Cameras. However, I'm dissatisfied with the lack of ability to manage my own card formats. When we started transitioning to Genea, we had multiple card formats nationwide. It would have been helpful to decode and add the card formats to prevent re-issuing thousands of cards.
