      Outstanding Software!

      My experience with Traction Guest has been excellent and it's definitely worth the cost! Setting it up and using it was easy. The customer service was very supportive and the product is intuitive and user-friendly. I encountered some issues setting up the NDA routing and currently, I'm using a workaround where it goes to my personal Google Drive. The Customer Success team has been fantastic in assisting me to configure Traction Guest, set up my NDA, and customize my sign-in experience. They've considered my requests for additional Google Drive functionality and are exploring how they can implement it.

However, this isn't a major concern as some issues have already been resolved and the remaining ones have been reported to the development team. I chose Sign In Enterprise for its features, especially the Outlook integration, and its promising roadmap for improvements and new features. I appreciate the vendor's responsiveness and their openness to feedback and suggestions.
