Exploring Auth's Unique Features and Exceptional Customer Service
As an enterprise customer, I discovered a unique feature in Auth's product that needed some tweaking. Over the past nine months, I've had the opportunity to interact with over ten customer service representatives, each one providing a fresh perspective and passing me onto the next to ensure a comprehensive solution. Recently, I've been assigned a dedicated account manager who is so busy that he doesn't even use an Auth email, but I'm confident he'll respond to my emails soon. To top it all off, I received a renewal email, which I'm excited about because I can't wait to continue my journey with Auth. It's truly fascinating how such a dynamic and unique organization can exist!

Robust Authorization Solution with Auth
The Auth0 system has been a robust authorization foundation for our company, enabling us to build various external-facing applications. We've successfully integrated an increasing number of applications from companies we've acquired, thanks to Auth0's diverse features. It has helped us centralize all our product offerings and deliver a consistent, unified experience to our customers. The administration site is quite user-friendly and offers flexibility for token generation through Metadata, Rules, and Hooks. There are numerous ways to authenticate, including internal and external user data sources, SSO, and OAuth2.0 workflow support. The active developer community is a great help in resolving issues, and the Support staff is very responsive when we can't find a solution. However, there's room for improvement in managing source and deployment of code and configurations across tenants. Auth0 admin users either have very limited access or global access to everything. We would prefer the ability to limit certain functionalities to sets of admin users. We also have to be mindful with our implementation as we are charged.

Exploring the Ease of Auth for Backend Workflow
I've found that creating an auth workflow in your backend can be a breeze, especially with the help of companies like Auth! It's a fantastic tool for quick deployment, which is a huge plus. While it's true that Auth can be a bit challenging to implement, it's still a smoother process than Okta. Plus, it's a great stepping stone to understanding more complex solutions like Frontegg or PropelAuth. If Auth was even easier to implement, I'd be over the moon and would definitely give it a full 5-star rating!
