Never Build Your Own Authentication System Again with Auth

As a user, I consider Auth0 an outstanding authentication service managed by professionals. It successfully removes the difficult, risky, and monotonous parts of building my own authentication system. I believe there's no need for developers to create their own authentication system anymore since Auth0 provides everything. However, I think their documentation could be more straightforward. It's easy to become confused or lost, and they could use more user-friendly language in their documentation and management UI. I also feel they could offer more and clearer examples of best practices and common usages/implementations.

      Auth: A Developer's Best Friend

I intend to keep using Auth0 in my projects for the foreseeable future. The quotas for all plans are ample for any starting company. I can utilize their code samples in different languages to quickly initiate a project or supplement my existing code with just a few lines, add credentials, and start using it in under 15 minutes. Occasionally, the documentation can be hard to comprehend, but once I get it, I truly understand it.

Auth: A Seamless and Customer-Centric Experience

My experience with Auth has been absolutely fantastic! Even after we decided to discontinue their service for a while, they continued to provide us with their top-notch service, which was a pleasant surprise. They have a unique approach to billing, which is quite refreshing. They don't bog us down with invoices or account access, keeping things simple and straightforward. If there's an account associated with the paid plan, they manage it seamlessly behind the scenes. It's a truly hands-off experience!

Auth: A Developer's Delight and Highly Recommended Tool

I've been utilizing Auth for quite a while now and I must say, it's been a fantastic journey! Getting started is a breeze and their templates are a major highlight for me. The immediate support they provide right after signing up is truly commendable. It's an absolute delight for us developers. The feature of allowing multiple tenants and environments, the capability to set up actions (hooks), and the option to use other authenticators is just phenomenal. I wholeheartedly endorse it!

Exploring and Overcoming Challenges with Auth: A Personal Experience

I was initially drawn to Auth due to its promising features and was thrilled by the challenge it presented. It took me a good four hours to navigate through 'login_required' or 'exchange_failed' errors, but the process was a great learning experience. The community forum is a treasure trove of similar issues, and it's fascinating to see how often they are resolved by simple settings changes. The Auth staff usually responds with a cheerful Glad you solved it, which I found to be a positive affirmation of my problem-solving skills. I'm looking forward to using it again!

      Bram's Insights on Auth

I selected Auth0 for Mazda Europe several years ago and have never regretted it. We recently transitioned away from Auth0 due to a realignment at Mazda Global, but we continue to use it for our B2B operations and are very satisfied. I value Auth0's user-friendliness, automated deployment, API usage, swift adoption of new security specifications and standards, and its certification on multiple security levels. It also boasts excellent uptime and performance. However, we encountered problems with domain name support and the language support in emails and other areas was subpar. I chose Auth0 for its high degree of self-service and emphasis on customer-facing integration, such as social provider connections.
