Call for User-Defined Folder Structures in Files on Gaggle-Mail
I suggested to Gaggle-Mail about adding a feature for end-user-specified named directory hierarchies in Files. They responded positively, thanking me for the suggestion and considering it for future updates. I couldn't ask for more at this point!

Solid Gmail Substitute: Gaggle Mail
Overall, I find Gaggle Mail a great alternative to Gmail. My colleagues are slowly shifting to this software or using it as a backup email. It's a straightforward, lightweight software that I can access directly from my web browser without any installation or download. It provides everything I need for email management, and the cost of its premium account is fair. The only drawback is that it can be slow when I have multiple tabs of the software open. Apart from that, I have no complaints.

Struggling to Access My Group Email on Gaggle-Mail
I've been struggling to access my group email on Gaggle-Mail. It constantly asks for a password and even when I enter what I believe to be the correct one, it redirects me to Google. I would prefer an icon that allows me to directly access the group. I'm from American Legion Post 17.

Unparalleled Customer Service Experience
I found Gaggle Mail easy to set up and its customer service is its best feature. Whenever I had a question or problem, I always received a prompt and accurate solution. I particularly like the "comeback" feature, which is an email confirmation upon a successful post. I manage a group of about 50 people who submit weekly picks during the NFL season, mostly friends picking NFL teams to lose for fun. I used to use Google Groups, but switched to Gaggle Mail due to its outdated features and lack of support. After comparing it with several other products, Gaggle Mail came out on top in all categories, making it an easy decision. The only downside is the 3-month limit on message retention for free accounts, but I understand that businesses need to make money. Since our group only contributes during the NFL season, we wouldn't use the services for the rest of the year. I would prefer a flat fee and would consider purchasing a subscription if I could suspend it.

Superior Email List Solution: A Modern Alternative to Google Groups
After moving from Yahoo Groups to Google Groups, I finally found Gaggle Mail. It's a modern solution for managing mail lists, unlike Google Groups which feels outdated. I thought about asking our parents to use an app, but managing an email list seemed more practical since everyone has email. Gaggle Mail is easy to set up and use, especially for non-technical people like our school's teachers and staff. It simplifies the creation of a mail list and allows easy management of multiple groups with its user-friendly interface. Setting up the domain with our Gmail server was a bit challenging, but Gaggle Mail's instructions helped us overcome this. For two years, it has served us flawlessly. I chose Gaggle Mail over MailChimp because the latter required opt-in by every recipient and was too much for our needs. I left Google Groups due to its complicated opt-in process and the requirement for users to have Google accounts.
