Users Requiring Legal Compliance: Foxit eSign is chosen for its features, ease of use, implementation, and cost. The entire process can be maintained in one system, improving productivity and cost control.

Efficient for Personal Business Use
Overall, I'm satisfied with eSign Genie. There was a learning curve initially, but once I understood how to add documents, templates, and recipients, it became easy to use. I appreciate its browser-based nature, allowing me to access it from anywhere. I signed up for HIPPA compliance, which required the business plan, and it works well with Safari on my Mac. However, I did face some login issues during the free trial and the first few times after my purchase, but the support team was able to resolve these. My only complaint is that for my small needs, I had to purchase the largest business plan for HIPPA compliance. I initially thought it would be a flat rate add-on to any plan, but it wasn't. I chose eSign because it offered the features I needed at a price that fit my budget.

Top-tier e-signature solution for all business needs with Foxit eSign
With eSignGenie, I managed to resolve several issues in my company. We executed all our contract workflows primarily through eSignGenie, in compliance with the law. We also automated our workflows using easy-to-configure APIs and eliminated the need for human intervention with industry-standard features. I noticed improved productivity and cost control beyond industry standards. The software is user-friendly and assists in decision making with its dashboard, templatization, and workflows. It's highly adaptable to customer needs through its API and is exceptionally cost-effective. However, I think eSignGenie could enhance their support system by offering more contact methods for quicker resolutions or extended help for custom requirements. I chose Foxit eSign for its ease of use, adaptability to customer needs, and cost-effectiveness.

Efficient, Compliant, and User-Friendly: Foxit eSign
I have a highly positive view of Foxit eSign and choosing it has been an excellent decision. My client has a unique process for delivering, executing, and archiving multiple forms, some of which are quite intricate. It was straightforward to recreate these forms and deliver them using Foxit eSign, and we managed to integrate this process into my client's specific workflow smoothly. Creating a form by overlaying form fields on an existing document can be somewhat challenging, particularly if you're aiming for visual perfection. It can be sensitive, but with a bit of patience and effort, it can be accomplished. Ultimately, it's much simpler than creating secure online forms on a website!I selected Foxit eSign for its features, ease of use, implementation, and cost. The previous solution was not compliant or legally sufficient, and it only partially managed the multitude of forms we needed to execute and maintain. A significant manual effort was necessary. Now, the entire process is maintained in one system.

Simple, Excellent Support, Secure!
I find Foxit eSign to be user-friendly, secure, and efficient, eliminating the need for traditional paperwork and mail. It's especially beneficial for my organization as we frequently require multiple forms to be signed by hundreds of people. The address book feature makes it easier to send multiple documents to the same person. I'm excited about using the bulk feature to send personalized documents to several clients at once. However, I wish it was simpler to organize signed documents and I would like the ability to edit the title of a document after it has been sent. The search function could be better, but it's manageable by zooming out the screen and clicking "show all". I believe eSign is more suitable for small businesses as it appears to be a small startup that may not have the capacity to cater to larger companies. The vendor clarified that they cannot support bypassing eSignature laws, which can be frustrating, but they prioritize compliance. They also don't assist with extracting data from other systems or personal computer programs, suggesting the use of their API instead.
