Fiverr Workspace: A Promising Start, Then a Downhill Slide
I initially found Fiverr Workspace promising. However, after a few mistakes, I lost access to my account within days. Despite giving my username and email to Customer Service multiple times, they claimed they couldn't find my account. I even sent them a screenshot of my dashboard as proof, but they kept asking for my details. I was initially excited about Fiverr Workspace as it seemed to have everything I needed - great features, ease of use, and an unbeatable price. However, my experience quickly turned sour. My interactions with Customer Service were disappointing. Despite providing my account information multiple times and even sending screenshots of my activity, they couldn't locate my account in their system, which did not inspire confidence.

Seeking a Robust Income/Expense Tool? Try Fiverr Workspace
I initially tried out Fiverr Workspace before fully committing, as I'm usually reluctant to pay for anything. However, I was eventually convinced and am now a pro member. I started inputting data in October, which was a bit of a chore, but once I got the hang of it, I appreciated the ability to easily see my income, expenses, and profits. I particularly like being able to create invoices in advance and set reminders to send them. The software allows me to create an invoice, send it, and notifies me when the customer views it. When it's paid, And.co marks it as paid and reminds me of any outstanding balances. Setting automatic expenses is also a plus. Although entering the information can be tedious, it's worth it. I recommend starting at the beginning of the year, unlike what I did. I chose Fiverr Workspace because of its many features, which led me to become a pro member. I couldn't find any other software that wasn't overly expensive and offered the same features.

Excellent Comprehensive Tool for Artistic Freelancers
I appreciate that Fiverr Workspace includes built-in contracts, as creating a comprehensive contract that protects both parties can be difficult. I wish there was a feature that allowed me to template common services or project types, instead of having to manually set everything up each time. I chose Fiverr Workspace because it combines contracts, invoicing, time tracking, and in/out, which I really liked. If I had chosen Timely, I would have had to purchase additional products/services. I switched to Fiverr Workspace because Harvest didn't offer contract/proposal options at the time, and it didn't seem worth the price without these core features. I received a response from the vendor thanking me for my review and encouraging me to reach out anytime via the app support chat tab.

Completely Addicted to AND CO!
I've been using the free version of AND CO for several years. Initially, I was concerned when they started charging for the software, but I've found the monthly subscription to be worth it due to the numerous improvements I've noticed since I started paying. Their support team is excellent, always quick, responsive, friendly, and ready to answer all my questions. I would recommend AND CO to any freelancer who needs an accounting and project management system. It's very easy to create proposals and contracts. I have a client with a long-term contract who is very satisfied with my invoices, usually paying within 24 hours or less. The time tracking feature is a bit clumsy and the conversion of timesheets to invoices could be improved. I chose Fiverr Workspace over Freshbooks because AND CO provided everything I needed in one app. I used to use a separate project management system (Asana), but AND CO is powerful enough to handle everything and integrates well with my payment gateway (PayPal).

Excellent Tool for Independent Professionals
I've found Fiverr Workspace to be a great tool for providing a comprehensive view of our business process, from client acquisition to final invoicing, and tracking our income and expenses. It's essentially a one-stop-shop for all our needs, except for CRM. I appreciate having all the features we use in one place. I started using this program before the "Pro" feature was introduced, which was initially a bit of a shock as it meant paying for something I was used to getting for free. However, the value it provides has made it worth the investment. It offers a multitude of features, including proposals, contracts, invoicing, and accounting, making it easy to manage a project from start to finish. The only minor issue I've encountered is sometimes getting confused when switching between lists to manage different clients or projects. I chose Fiverr Workspace after seeing it promoted by others and realizing it would meet my needs. The vendor's response was encouraging, offering assistance with list management and assuring.
