While researching appointment tools, I was attracted to Cogsworth because of its appealing and positive name, which reminded me of my childhood watching Beauty and the Beast and gave me a sense of safety and effective time management. As a digital marketing specialist, scheduling appointments is vital to my professionalism. I appreciated that Cogsworth didn't require a credit card upon sign up, as I've had negative experiences with other services charging me without notice after a trial period. The software was easy to set up, allowed for scheduling multiple events, and had a straightforward form to fill out. Being cloud-based, it didn't require a download, which was a bonus as I'm often low on memory. I also liked the feature of being able to ask questions to the people I'm scheduling appointments with. However, I was unable to change the form from one question at a time to displaying all questions at once.

Efficient Scheduling Tool with Broad Capabilities
As a digital strategy consultant, I often recommend and implement various solutions. I found Cogsworth after several demos with other major players and haven't looked back. I've completed one implementation using their SaaS model and plan to do many more in the future using this approach and their API. I value their agile team that constantly improves the service. The software is easy to implement and learn, and the company does a great job of listening to its customers. The end-user experience of booking an appointment is also praiseworthy. We ran into a few bugs, but they were all fixed within a couple of days of reporting them. I chose Upvio because it is a better, cheaper product for our needs. I switched from Timetap to Upvio because, despite Timetap having a feature I wanted (driving time buffers), it didn't live up to its promise. I decided to go with the service that offered the best end-user experience.

I absolutely love using Cogsworth! It makes me look very professional when my clients need to schedule time. Cogsworth is full of features and is incredibly easy to use. It offers multiple services, integrates with my calendar, handles payments, allows for buffer times, and lets me choose different types of meeting locations, such as physical or online. It even supports group bookings and much more! I appreciate how intuitive the tool is and how quickly I can get it up and running. Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about this software! The founder is very open to suggestions and feedback and has implemented many things based on this feedback. I switched to Cogsworth from Upvio because it has more features, is more intuitive, and offers a much better user experience.
