I appreciated that Cogsworth didn't require a credit card upon sign up, as I've had negative experiences with other services charging me without notice after a trial period. The software was easy to set up, allowed for scheduling multiple events, and had a straightforward form to fill out. Being cloud-based, it didn't require a download, which was a bonus as I'm often low on memory. I also liked the feature of being able to ask questions to the people I'm scheduling appointments with. However, I was unable to change the form from one question at a time to displaying all questions at once.

Efficient Scheduling Tool with Broad Capabilities
As a digital strategy consultant, I often recommend and implement various solutions. I found Cogsworth after several demos with other major players and haven't looked back. I've completed one implementation using their SaaS model and plan to do many more in the future using this approach and their API. I value their agile team that constantly improves the service. The software is easy to implement and learn, and the company does a great job of listening to its customers. The end-user experience of booking an appointment is also praiseworthy. We ran into a few bugs, but they were all fixed within a couple of days of reporting them. I chose Upvio because it is a better, cheaper product for our needs. I switched from Timetap to Upvio because, despite Timetap having a feature I wanted (driving time buffers), it didn't live up to its promise. I decided to go with the service that offered the best end-user experience.
