I use ClearPathGPS to address the issue of team members not taking responsibility for incidents on the road. Now, we can refer to the cameras to see the exact time, who was involved, and what caused the situation. ClearPathGPS is user-friendly, allowing me to easily access necessary information about my fleet and their current location/speed. I find the mobile app extremely useful, especially the ability to view the dashcams at any time and the automatic recording feature for potentially dangerous situations like glass breaking, tailgating, or speeding. The only challenge I've faced with ClearPathGPS is the initial setup of the cameras and GPS, as some cameras can be difficult to configure. However, not all cameras have this issue and the support team is quick to resolve any problems.

I've been using ClearPathGPS for over 2 years and their customer service is excellent. They respond quickly whenever I need help. Recently, I emailed them about a replacement cover for the GPS tracking unit and they responded almost instantly, sending me the replacement part without any additional fees. It's rare to find such reliable partners these days. Kudos to ClearPathGPS!

The team at ClearPathGPS has been extremely friendly and accommodating. Although the service initially didn't meet our primary goal, they made great efforts to ensure we could get daily driving hours reported for each driver. Since our drivers don't have dedicated vehicles, truck-based reports weren't useful for us. However, Jen and Erika quickly provided a macro that will meet our needs until a new report option is introduced.
