Long-time fan of Visible, but
I've been a fan of Visible for a while. Yes, I had to interact with customer service, but once I got the hang of it, it was quicker. I saw an ad for a fixed rate of $2 per month for 2 years, a total of 24 months! However, I was told via chat that this was only for new customers. I'm tired of cellular and cable companies charging more to existing customers. We're essentially funding the discounts for new customers! If Visible doesn't show loyalty to me, why should I be loyal to them?

I'm absolutely thrilled with Visible VC! My phone service had a minor hiccup where I couldn't make or receive calls or text messages. But, the unique thing about Visible is their innovative support system - it's all online chat-based! They send a verification code via text to ensure it's really you, which I think is a fantastic security measure. However, I did face a small challenge when I couldn't receive the text due to the service issue. But, I appreciate the fact that they have such a secure system in place. As a paying customer, I felt valued knowing they take such measures to protect my account. My service was down for a bit in the morning, but it gave me a chance to disconnect and enjoy my morning coffee without any interruptions. It's quite refreshing to have a break from the constant calls and texts. I find it quite innovative that the only way to get tech help is through a text message. It's a modern approach that aligns with our digital age. However, I did face a small hurdle when I couldn't receive texts due to the service issue. But, I'm sure Visible is constantly working on improving their systems. This experience was a bit of an adventure for me and my child. He needed to contact me and couldn't, but it turned into a great teaching moment about problem-solving and patience. Overall, I'm excited to see how Visible will continue to evolve and improve their services. Their unique approach to customer service is something I look forward to navigating. This experience has been a rollercoaster, but I'm strapped in and ready for the ride!

Unlimited Chat, Text, Data and Hotspot with Visible-VC
I'm really satisfied with Visible's unlimited cell service, especially since it doesn't overcharge me. I use a promo code to get $2 off a month of service, so I only pay $25 a month for unlimited talk, text, and data, including hotspot. I've never had any issues with throttling or the service in general. I think people expect too much from this company and end up disappointed. Just like how online savings accounts can offer higher interest rates because they don't have physical stores, Visible can offer low-cost plans because they don't have brick and mortar stores or phone representatives. They pass these savings onto the cost of the plans. I've only needed customer service once to port my number and haven't needed them since. I don't understand why people need customer service so often. Instead of paying $9 a month for unlimited cell service, I pay $25 with Visible. I also bought my own $12 phone used on eBay for $2, instead of making monthly loan payments. If you're not happy with Visible, you're welcome to return to the expensive plans and phone loan payments with other cell phone companies in exchange for their customer service.

Exploring Visible VC: A User's Experience and Review
I spent an entire day fully immersing myself in the Visible VC website, exploring its various features and functionalities. I was able to successfully connect one of my phones, which was a rewarding experience. Although I faced a minor hiccup while trying to log in on another phone with the same account and password, I'm confident that it's something that can be easily resolved with a little assistance. The 'bring a friend' link seemed to be temporarily unavailable, but I'm excited to try it out once it's up and running. I discovered that the visual voicemail feature is currently only available on iOS, which is a fantastic incentive for Apple users. As an Android user, I'm eagerly looking forward to when they roll out this feature for us too. I had to cancel the account for now, but the process gave me a deeper understanding of their system. I'm considering giving Verizon another shot, but I'm definitely open to returning to Visible VC in the future.
