I placed my first order on October 7th and didn't receive it until 1 days later. Then, they informed me that the next shipment was going out on November 1st. Now, they're telling me that I can't return it because it was a personalized order.

I would never recommend ordering from this company. It's impossible to cancel your subscription online or over the phone. You end up with a surplus of packs because the company bills roughly every 3 weeks to supposedly prevent any lag time. The pre-shipment reminder emails are sent in a newsletter format, with the shipment date information in the smallest font and at the end of the email. Their business practices make me question the quality of their products. This is my third attempt to try and cancel the subscription plan.
