Streamlined Payment Process with Tipalti
I use Tipalti for a complex payout setup that used to take me up to 5 days per month to complete. Since integrating with Tipalti, I've managed to cut this down to just 1 day a month, greatly improving the accuracy and timeliness of payouts. The value for the cost is excellent. While I would like more customization options, they are actively working on releasing new features. So far, I'm very satisfied with our partnership. The software is fairly easy to set up and integrate, it's affordable, and the customer support is good. The visibility for vendors is also a plus. The user interface could use an update, but it functions well.

I was reluctant to use our ERP for this due to its user-unfriendliness, but I wanted to empower my colleagues. Approve.com met my needs perfectly with their services. It was easy to get all different stakeholders on board and there were no more approvals via slack or emails. It offered transparency on Actual vs. Budget for every stakeholder. The supplier onboarding saved our finance team hours every month. However, it lacked virtual credit cards and the email layout was unattractive, with oversized images, particularly on MS Outlook.

They held my funds for a week, which at first seemed a bit long, but I realized it was a measure to ensure the safety of my transactions. Although they couldn't process my payment through PayPal from Thailand, they assured me that my funds would be returned to my Honeygain account. I'm still waiting for the return, but I'm confident it will happen soon. What's impressive is their ability to collect funds instantly - it's super efficient! It allows me to easily format the fees generated by our licensing software to match the transaction file's specifications. Insights on Tipalti: Pros, Cons and Switching Reasons
I appreciate Tipalti's new ACH Debit feature that allows automatic fund transfers from our bank, saving us time from doing it manually. I also like the ability to create unique Payee ID's. However, I'm frustrated by the lack of notification to the approver when an approval request is cancelled. I wish there was an option to add bills to an already scheduled payment order. I also find it inconvenient that there's no chat option to reach the Support team, and the only way to contact them is via email. We switched to Tipalti to streamline our AP process, a decision made before I joined the company.
