Disastrous Experience with Social Champ!
Terrible. Awful. Horrendous. Everything was fine until all my scheduled posts disappeared without any warning or explanation. There was no way to submit a ticket or retrieve them. I lost countless hours of planning and input, causing major issues and extra work. All scheduled posts vanished, it was a disaster! The calendar view is ridiculous. I used to use Hootsuite which provided a visual of scheduled posts, so switching to Social Champ has been difficult as I have to take multiple steps to view scheduled posts, wasting a lot of time and energy. I switched to Social Champ because I'm a small business looking to utilize available resources for less out of pocket.

Honest Feedback from Marketing Agency on Social Champ
As a marketing agency, I found connecting social accounts on Social Champ extremely easy. The user interface may not be the most attractive, but it's intuitive, easy to navigate, and well-organized. Training my staff was straightforward due to the simplicity of the interface. It also includes all the features I appreciate on other reputable platforms like Hootsuite, Loomly, Sked, Later, and so on. However, there are areas for improvement. The bulk upload feature could be simplified - the spreadsheet process is okay, but the instructions could be clearer and the columns more descriptive. I also encountered issues with the bulk upload for Google Drive and found it to be a bit glitchy. Additionally, when cropping images within the platform, it doesn't recognize that the image has been cropped, so the alert doesn't get resolved. On the bright side, the customer service has been excellent. The Knowledge Base is decent and the pricing is great for both agencies and individuals or small businesses.

The product is fantastic, and what sets it apart for me is the excellent support from Social Champ. They always respond to my inquiries promptly and accurately. As a small business owner, I have many responsibilities and it's easy to get sidetracked, especially with social media. I've used other solutions as good as Social Champ, but they kept hiking their prices and reducing their services, which became unaffordable. With Social Champ's "Champ" level, I get everything I need and more. I can manage my four social media profiles and assist my sister with hers. I can schedule as many posts as I need quickly and easily review and edit my scheduled posts. I appreciate the clean interface and easy navigation. Since using Social Champ, I've cut down my social media management time from 5-7 hours a week to just one hour or 10 minutes a day. I also plan to utilize their analytics feature more in the future. I have no complaints about the product and find it extremely valuable.

I am absolutely thrilled with Socialchamp's software! I initially opted for the Business plan at $99 a month, and within two days, I discovered a unique feature - their automatic poster for Pinterest. Although it didn't quite align with my needs, I was impressed by the innovation. When I decided to switch to a different plan, the customer support team was there to guide me through the process. The refund process was a bit lengthy, taking about 3 days, but I appreciated their thoroughness. I was surprised to find that I was charged another $99, but I took it as an opportunity to explore more of the software's features. What I found particularly interesting was their policy on downgrading to the $3 plan - you have to pay for it in advance. It's a unique approach that ensures commitment and I respect that. The support team, though they suggested I downgrade and pay $3, were always there to assist me. Their Instagram scheduler is a standout feature, working seamlessly and making my social media management a breeze. The support team may have their own way of doing things, but they're always there when you need them. Overall, my experience with Socialchamp has been a rollercoaster ride, but it's been an exciting journey. It's like they're investing my money into creating a better product, and I'm all for it!

The AI tools are a great addition. The support team is dependable and friendly, and most importantly, they take our requests and suggestions seriously. They have implemented some excellent solutions based on our feedback. It's an ideal solution for small to mid-size social media teams. I am extremely pleased with Social Champ! There have been very few technical issues, but whenever we've encountered one, the support team has always resolved it promptly. I have no complaints. The reason I switched to Social Champ was the price, as eClincher's prices skyrocketed.
