      Terrible. Awful. Horrendous. Everything was fine until all my scheduled posts disappeared without any warning or explanation. There was no way to submit a ticket or retrieve them. I lost countless hours of planning and input, causing major issues and extra work. All scheduled posts vanished, it was a disaster! The calendar view is ridiculous. I used to use Hootsuite which provided a visual of scheduled posts, so switching to Social Champ has been difficult as I have to take multiple steps to view scheduled posts, wasting a lot of time and energy. The bulk upload feature could be simplified - the spreadsheet process is okay, but the instructions could be clearer and the columns more descriptive. I also encountered issues with the bulk upload for Google Drive and found it to be a bit glitchy. Additionally, when cropping images within the platform, it doesn't recognize that the image has been cropped, so the alert doesn't get resolved. On the bright side, the customer service has been excellent. The Knowledge Base is decent and the pricing is great for both agencies and individuals or small businesses.
