I've had a fantastic experience with Remote so far and I'm eager to continue our collaboration. I would recommend Remote to any HR professional looking to expand their business internationally. What I value most about Remote is their exceptional customer service. While other systems provide payroll options, none can match the customer service of Remote. From the dedicated Customer Success Manager to the User Happiness Team, they are always ready to help and incredibly quick to respond. Before Remote, I would wait 24-48 hours for a simple response, but with Remote, I receive a response within 12-24 hours. However, I recently found out that their time-off tracking does not include childcare leave days. An employee pointed out that it only displays time-off days, not the government-required childcare days. I switched to Remote because my previous provider was very unfriendly, slow to respond, and held onto deposits for 6 months even after an employee had left.
