Cons from reviewers
-
Inconvenient data transfer process: Transferring data from LinkedIn to Recruiterflow is outdated and burdensome. Unlike most other platforms that allow a one-click data import from a LinkedIn page to their database, Recruiterflow requires users to download a PDF and then parse the information
-
Lack of group pricing option: Despite the excellent customer support and constant updates, Recruiterflow lacks a group pricing option. This means that each additional user comes with an extra cost, which can add up quickly for larger companies
-
Limited compared to larger competitors: While Recruiterflow is a solid software, it is still relatively new and has some limitations when compared to big players like Lever or Loxo. For example, it currently lacks a mobile app
-
Workflow differs from other ATS: Recruiterflow's workflow differs from other Applicant Tracking Systems, making it difficult to manage multiple tasks unless using several browser windows.
-
Glitchy and not as intuitive: Some users find Recruiterflow to be glitchy and not as intuitive as other platforms. Issues include awkward and clunky job setup and application form setup, and random invites sent out in the Monrovian time zone

RecruiterFlow - Premier ATS/CRM Solution for Recruitment Agencies
I am highly pleased with Recruiterflow. The onboarding process was impressive, the customer service is top-notch, and the system itself is superb. It possesses all the features I require for my recruitment agency and beyond, and it's very user-friendly. I can manage everything via the software. There's nothing I dislike about it. I opted for Recruiterflow based on personal endorsements from my network. I transitioned from Lever as it was more tailored for in-house recruitment, not specifically for recruitment agencies.

Superb Tool with Extensive, User-Friendly Customization
I consider Recruiterflow to be an excellent software. I have experience with 6 Applicant Tracking System (ATS) systems, 3 of which I used in a leadership role, and have evaluated dozens more. Recruiterflow stands out as a superior product that is dedicated to introducing new features for the contemporary recruiting agency. It's easy to customize, offers good support, and has advanced features like 'recipes'. It also boasts a modern user interface and automation. I understand they are still working on enhancing their CRM capabilities. However, it's not designed for contractors. I chose Recruiterflow because it offers a better user interface, easier customization, built-in automation, and is specifically designed for permanent placement agencies, not contract staffing. It also includes a built-in CRM, a feature that some of its close competitors lack. I switched to Recruiterflow because I was seeking a modern user interface, easy customization, automation, and improved candidate search and filtering.

Outstanding Platform: Recruiterflow
I've always found it incredibly time-consuming to reach out to candidates and clients, and there was a limit to what I could manually do each day. However, with Recruiterflow and its campaigns and Recipes, I've been able to reach out much faster and work on multiple roles at the same time. I absolutely adore Recruiterflow, particularly its automation and recipes, which enable me to contact hundreds of candidates in a short time. I haven't encountered any significant drawbacks to using Recruiterflow. I chose Recruiterflow because it fulfilled all my needs without having hundreds of different tabs, making it very user-friendly. I switched to Recruiterflow from my previous system because it didn't allow any automation and took too long to complete a process.

Affordable but Glitchy and Non-Intuitive
If I had a larger budget, I would switch back to Greenhouse. While Recruiterflow is better than not having an ATS and is a step above keeping paper resumes, it's glitchy and not as intuitive as other platforms I've used. It's cheaper and has prompt customer service, but setting up the application form and job setup is awkward and clunky. If I don't save the job on that screen, all the information is lost. Invites are randomly sent out in the Monrovian time zone and I can't remove a job from my job board without closing the job completely, unlike Greenhouse and Workable. The job description formatting is always off and about 20% of the resumes that come through can't be read by the software, even though they are PDF or Word docs. The vendor responded to my complaints, apologizing for my experience and assuring me that most of the issues.

Excellent Tool, Yet a Key Drawback Hinders Large-Scale Recruitment Efficiency
I really like the overall platform of Recruiterflow. Its user interface, workflow, and ease of use are all fantastic. However, there's a significant inconvenience that greatly hampers its usefulness. The process of transferring data from LinkedIn to Recruiterflow is outdated and burdensome. Unlike most other platforms that allow a one-click data import from a LinkedIn page to their database, Recruiterflow requires me to download a PDF and then parse the information. This becomes impractical when dealing with thousands of candidates. This single inconvenience greatly undermines the utility of the product. I chose Recruiterflow because it's a better product, except for the LinkedIn data transfer. I switched to Recruiterflow because it's a better product.

Exceptional Software from an Outstanding Team
I find Recruiterflow extremely useful in automating tedious tasks. It operates swiftly in the browser and it's easy to communicate with the team whenever there's an issue. However, its workflow differs from other ATS, making it difficult to manage multiple tasks unless I use several browser windows. I chose Recruiterflow over Loxo due to the lack of a public API and the cost was also a major factor in my decision to switch.
